Wacom Vs Wacom

I have had a Wacom graphire 3 for a few years now. I have the opportunity to get a Wacom Intuos 3 at a really good price. Is the Intuos 3 far superior than the grahpire 3? Should I upgrade?

Intuos 3 has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, it has express strips, and tilt sensitivity. It also has rotation sensitivity if you have the 6d art pen
