Fantasy Art needed for E-zine

Hello all, and good day. I'm in charge of putting out the Campaign Builder's Guide (http://www.thecbg.org/downloads/CBGuide2007-04.pdf), a digital publication about the craft of world-building and filled with general fantasy goodness. I'm looking for an artist who can provide a cover for the magazine, and so I came here.

The artist will retain all rights to his work, as we only need it for the cover. I'm looking for an 8-1/2" by 11" full-color piece with a fantasy bent. Also, the artist will be credited at the top of the ToC on the second page, and has an opportunity to be seen by the fantasy/RPG/gaming world and get his or her work out there.
