Simple PhotoShop cs2 Question

I am not good with photoshop, actually i am new to it. CAn someone tell me how to resize an image. I have a W 640 pix x H 428 pix i need to resize it to 300 dpi. i am sure this is real simple, but like i said i am new to CS2.

go to the top bar> image> image size... > adjust as necessary.

Or, if you really need you hand held: Help> Resize Image...

thank you all.. i promise to get into photoshop and painter soon it's one of my goals. i aam still only pencil, conte and chalk :)
