Most of this art was done a while back for an online strategy game, but I was putting a new portfolio together for the Wizard Word Comic Convention in Chicago and thought I'd put it all together and just use it as one piece rather than take up several pages. Everything seen is done by me. There are a lot more power-ups for the players, but I decided to just use a handful that showed some variety rather than every single variation. Anyway, comments and crits are ALWAYS welcome and appreciated.

TO ALL WHO GET A RED X : click and drag this link to your current browser's addy bar. (http://www.pensnpixels.com/postedimages/spikeball.jpg).

EraserX : your space provider doesn't seems to allow remote linking. If you want, you can try to find another one or in the meantime do like I just did. i.e. putting a link to your image for people to drag and drop it.
Technicalities aside, it's pretty neat ! I like the comic book coloring style. Very "Liquid!". It reminds me of that old Bitmap Brothers' game Speedball. But hardcore :)
I'm wondering what's going on with their hands tho. Is that a plastic gauntlet ?

Thanks guys!

Egerie: Actually, I've been with this provider for quite some time now and they do allow remote linking. For some reason, it's just been acting a little wierd lately. I'm not sure what the problem is since I'm nowhere near my bandwidth limit, but usually any time you see a red x, you can try again in a few minutes and it will work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm about to go fill out a trouble ticket now.

As for the hands, there are different gloves (and other items) players will be able to purchase to help their character's performance in specific areas. A few of those characters are wearing full body suits that come with gloves built in.
