All,
I'm in need of a quick AI/EPS of what could best be described as a "mechancial crow" (or raven). A crow made out of feathers and gears and hard-edged shapes (boxes and the like) and scratchy-grungy textures. 2D side view, wings folded down, standing.
Style needed: dark, sketchy, black lines/hatchings only (no colour), Edward Gorey-esque. Slightly grunge. Still enough detail that feathers are at least implied if not visible to some degree. Not purely robotic looking ... more of melding of a living crow and machinery. Format as noted: AI or EPS only (high resolution PSD at least 7" x 7" 300dpi also OK I suppose with no background layer).
Since most people can't tell the difference between the two species, either will do, although a crow is preferrable (size, feather colouring, tail feather fan shape, etc are the differences; the raven's are the bigger, solitary ones).
I've got up to $100 to spend although if it can be done for less, please feel free to ask for less  . Payment via Paypal upon completion. Turnaround as per normal ... ASAP. A week at the outside.
Links to portfolios welcome or email to daveyjj at that gmail thing.
