Just one quick little advice ; try to seldom use lense-flares in your art, unless it's absolutely necessary (). Besides, something else than the generic photoshop filters is always better (http://www.goodbrush.com/hirez_pgs/printed/printed1/infinity.htm) ..
Now for cloud painting, check the tutorial section (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=18) or check Sumaleth's excellent link archive (http://www.sumaleth.com/links/) .

Keep on drawing ! :)

Still an awesome picture though! Normal, everyday stuff like this can be killer to draw. Just thelensflare, it has been so abused in the past that no everyone instantly associates it with bad art, and this is not bad art. This is goood art!

I would have a little more action in the golfer's pose. It doesn't really look like he just swung to hit that golf ball. It looks more like he is standing there with the club over his head because his legs are in a casual standing position.
I agree about the lens flare too. I had to learn that lesson as well when I first started with Photoshop. :-D
Congrats on your first photoshop image. Good stuff.
