Consignment Art Work

I have a specific idea for a t-shirt I want done which will be sold online and in a charter fishing company office/store in Cabo San Lucas. In fact it is Cabo's oldest charter company. I am looking for an artist who would be willing to do the artwork for a percentage of sales for a given time.
