A New MMORPG Team Recruiting! 3D

So i hope a lot of people interested of this post!

So i want to make whit other peoples a good mmorpg (non fees yet) :D
(And this game for windows..) But linux server XD
so i need these peoples:
(3 people) Excellent Game Programmers >> C++, Direct X,
(2 people) Artists >> Painting, Concept Sketches
(3 people) Modeler >> 3ds Max, etc...
(3 people) Animator >> 3ds Max/Maya etc...
(2 people) Interface Designer (skill icons,Item icons)>> Many Programs <--- I make this whit other peoples (so me and more one people)
(2 people) Sound Designers >> Sound Forge/Doesn't Matter etc..:D

I think to this mmorpg need special features.
And 2 team (like in wow)
(Devils - Angels)
(Horde - Alliance)
i don't know XD
and a lot of races.

Elf,Human,Dwarf,Gnome,Dryad,Orc,Troll,Robot <- :D,etc...
And this game not in future and not in old times (the time like Cabal online)

For good gameplay need bosses,lot of enemys, worlds. example: You get level 100 you accept to go to a Private World here can trade,buy special item for lot of money and kill a lvl 100 monsters and the monsters drop a unique item.

Items:

Gray - Bad
White - Normal
Blue - Magic
Yellow - Rare
Orange - Rare+
Gold - Unique
Red - only one in the game
Purple - Noblesse Weapon (you only can wear Noblesse wepons if you lvl 100 and do a special quest in the Private high level world)

And need a good pet system the pets can ride and other and buy a armor and weapon for pets example for Dragon Wolf can wear Metal Claw

and the pet grow if lvl up
example:

lvl 1 baby dragon wolf
lvl 10 Child Dragon Wolf
lvl 50 Dragon Wolf
lvl 70 Old Dragon Wolf
lvl 90 Elder Dragon wolf
lvl 100 Elder Dragon wolf king (this rank is give a effect for the pet example: Flaming skin)

Dragon wolf is can fly at elder dragon wolf and elder dragon wolf king lvl

Dragon wolf - Old Dragon wolf can ride (in child and baby can't ride)
But in elder and king status can ride and fly.

Pets:

Dragon Wolf
Wyvern
Wolf
Flaming Cat
Frog
Griffen
etc...

Titles:

Novice - LVL 1-10
Adventurer LVL 11-20
Explorer LVL 21-30
Guard LVL 30-50
Expert LVL 51-70
Master LVL 71-80
Gold Master 81-100

Game Master (GM) Only for admins. (Admins: The creators and me)
Moveable Interface (Like Lineage2,Guild wars)

Anti cheat program (Game guard,Game Protect)
Need a GM Land.

Need Events and special Items (like in lineage2 or other mmorpg games)
A Good Admin System like in lineage2 becouse in lineage2 you write in chat //admin <- this opens the admin menu

so need in admin menu a npc spawn (enemys,Merchants,Good peoples,Villagers)

Sky Change

And xp giver,Sp giver,item giver,

etc..


In classes:

Ranger - (Beast Master,Bow,Spear) <-- Capture a beast egg (pet) and the pet can trade to other people,And craft incubator for pet egg,
Assassin - (Martial arts,Claw) <-- Traps,Matrial arts
Barbarian - (Fist,Axe) <--- Taunts (buff),Huge Weapon Mastery
Mage - (Staff) <-- Earth,Fire,Water,Wind,Lightning,Buffer
Necromancer - (Wand) <-- Undead summoner,Bone manipulation,Poison
Druid - (Leaf Totem) <-- Beast summoner,Form changeing,Tree manipulation
Crafter - (Tools (Hammer,screwdriver) etc.) <-- Craft Vehicles,Potions,Food for pets,Buy items from merchants lower prices mastery

Movement:

Fall Damage,Jump,Fly,Gravity,

Vehicle:
On ground: Sky Board,Motor,Swoop,
On water: Sky Board,SpeedBoat,Boat
Flying: Plane <- can craft the dwarf crafter,Griffen,Dragon Wolf,Wyvern
For traders: camel <- (Bigger sell Slot) or you can hold items on camel

Vehicles can craft the dwarf crafters

Texture,Effect,World graphic:

Max Resulation 1280 x 960 or higher

effects: VERY GOOD EFFECTS LIKE IN CABAL ONLINE!!!! I NO JOKE ONLY BIG AND VERY GOOD EFFECT (example: Blur)

Very good modellers only becouse this is no a runescape game!!!
And the attack animation not only 1 in normal attack please create randomly!
min 3 max 5.

The potions:
Mana potion Sizes: Small,Normal,Big,Huge,Full
Health potion Sizes: Small,Normal,Big,Huge,Full
Revulation potion Sizes: Only one becouse this regenerate the full MP,HP
DMG Potion: increast damage temporaly dmg
Magic DMG Potion: increast damage temporaly Magic dmg

Copy from lineage2 XDD <-- Spirit shots,Soul shots like

Server: For Testers (GMs) A Locked Server need password.
Europe server <-- first this!
U.S Server <-- Secondary!

I realize you are asking for expert programmers but i have some experience in programming and this project really interests me. i use Visual basic more than i use C++ but within the next year or so i should be fluent in C++ as well. i was wondering if you would be interested in letting me in on the project

That's um, a rather ambitious project. You might have more luck on something smaller that has a real chance of being completed by two or three people. Keep in mind that typical MMORPGs take between 20 to 50 people a minimum of a year, working full time, to make.

Drop me an e-mail titling what you want me to do next, sketches, designs, character designs, etc. All will begin by being pencil sketched. I do 2 rough draft, pencil sketch, then colors. Any particular requirements let me know,

I fully intend to do as much of the artwork as I can singley manage, and you wont need another artist.
