Low down is i'm making a heavy sci fi Half Life 2 Total Conversion Mod and want to perhaps dabble in a prequel comic (or series).
Already have the main characters and shit drawn up (concept art of em).
It's going to be a non profit venture, but of course you will be paid for your work (just letting people know it's going to be non profit because some artists charge more depending on if it's for profit or not).
I've got tons of ideas and what not, so if I like the prequel comic, i'm going to probably have you work with me exclusively on an on going of sorts.
I'm kind of going for a Leandro Fernandez (Punisher Max), Jae Lee (Tons of work), Patrick Zircher (Iron Man Vol 4 work, succeeds Adi) and Adi Granov (Iron Man Extremis Arc specifically - Talking about the character designs, enviornment design choices and what not, not the coloring, I know that would take a long ass time) look.
I'm looking for hyper realistic artists, don't want any manga/anime, no cartoons, etc.
So, if you have any interest at all, let me know feel free to send me an e-mail at contrastudios@gmail.com with some artwork attached. If i'm interested in your art, I MAY ask you to do a B & W ink sketch of a cover or something (in which case I would pay a set amount for the "test").
Also i'd prefer you to have some sort of experience with comic drawing (doesn't have to be professional, could be a vanity project or whatever) and not just someone who can "Draw characters".
