bestow: I didn't actually consider the FF logos even tho I do like them...and love the games....but now that you mention it...yea i can see that hehe. I usually don't work this way, trying to be a bit more abstract and less literal.
BOOM!: Thx for your comments...I still need to do two more like these...but I have enjoyed working on them...the water color/ink ones that is.

Currently working on our last project for the year which deals with interpreting Dylan Thomas 'Under Milk Wood' in any which way we want...
...more about the play:
Its set in a fictional welsh village and starts by telling us about the dreams of the characters involved....i.e. the first one is captain dreaming about his past life at sea, the emptiness and his drowned seamates....the second one is Mr Dai Bread dreaming about a harem of ladies, followed by Evans the Dead...the undertaker who dreams of his youth...before death gets him...then theres mrs Ogmore-Pritchard. Mrs. Ogmore-Pritchard dreams of her two deceased husbands...there was Mr. Ogmore, a linoleum salesman and Mr. Pritchard...a failed bookmaker.
The final two are a double piece...here goes

Really unique stuff...the watercolors are beautiful.
Did you mean to scratch out the name in Mr. Ogmore?

Thundercake: No...lol i didnt...but it looks ok nonetheless...perhaps sends even more messages infact.
Thx for the kind words...watercolors are fun. Need to practice tho my primary colors are good...but my neutral colors are shocking...
