I like the design ...do not like the word CREACTIVITY ...to me just doesnt make since. I think if you absolutely have to use that word you should maybe work more with text colors to seperate the 2 words out. Some thing needs to change because at first glance I don't think people would get what your trying to do...Honestly I thought you just misspelled creativity when I first looked at it. Nice design though. GOOD LUCK!
