Photoshop Question

I was able to obtain photoshop cs2. I am very limited in knowledge in photoshop programs. I was wondering if cs2 has a selection brush tool. I've been wanting to use it and can't find it and wondering if it is there at all. Its really frustrating me. :\

quick mask mode does this i think.
