Hello all,
I have a Wacom Intuos 3 A5 tablet, and I'm enjoying this very much.. But.. I want to enjoy it even more! ^^
I read a post from someone who said something like "and the tilt is really nice for flat brushes" but I really don't understand what that person meant :S.
So basically my question is: how can I use the pen tilt on my photoshop brushes in a nice way?

Well the only way I know how to do it is by using the gizmo on the brush's options. But thats a manual thing. If there is a way of doing it via an auto option that would be nice :rendered:

Any more ideas maybe?
I've tried to put some random functions on pen tilt, but I don't really think it was a nice outcome..

Airbrush in photoshop responds to tilt sensitivity.
Usually if you go to your brush options, there is a TILT option if you read your manual or put the intuos cd in, it does talk about it.

What does "TILT" means in relation with brushing?

Tilt can affect a brush's size and intensity depending on your settings. It can make lines go from thick to thin like calligraphy for example.
The 6d Art pen really utilizes this though your pens still will react to tilt if you own an intuos.

Ah so something like the pen pressure?

Yes that's correct, please note that iirc, intuos are the ones that respond to tilt sensitivity. Graphires do not have this feature. I can't say anything else about the other models out there.
In painter how you tilt and rotate your stylus also affects the direction the paint is "spattered"

Ah thanks for the insight Arshes Nei,
Hmm maybe I should try painter once more.
I never use the airbrush in photoshop, but I'll look at it's settings to see what settings for tilt are used there.
