4 x 5 intuos 2 , and I think I did this one on the house tablet, the big one the 9 x 12 and thanks for likin it...;)

Now that's digital. Awesome colors. After seeing your color theory tutorial, it's nice to see it in action. :)

I currently use Painter 6. Is Painter 8 worth the upgrade?

you bet, get it, you will find it is much more Photoshop, this time around...and better tools. Plus the brushes are easy to access and change...oh man, I cant wait to see what you do with it....friggin amazing.

I might just totally switch from photoshop to it...its that good.

Hi Ron after reading your previous post on color theory I started looking around for some of your work. Well here I am an I got a RED X...I can' see anything... I am sure i will eventually get to see it.

Yes, the site I am on doesnt let too many go look at what I have, without me paying through the nose...so its down till August 1....so dumb...

thanks alot you guys. I havent been arounf the last few days, I just lost my pup, well, dog...11 years old...its a dog...I took it hard and I am still getting over it.

THanks for all the great support on the work, I hope to help out a little more around here when I fully lapse out of my fog.

Wow sorry to hear that man, I have a yorkshire terrie, I dont know how I'll react if he dies, I'll be devastated :( I feel for ya
Anyways... your piece reminds me of Robinson Crusoe ? somehow, dont ask why :) Great job with the colors

yeah :) very nice job on capturing on his expression, looks like he was working on a painting or drawing at the time.very impressive. I also appreciate your funked out strokes that add vitality without distracting too much from the whole. I do notice though that the subordinated area of his neck and beard below the chin, seem a little off proportionally, when compared to the cohesiveness of the rest of the head, but I guess that's the challenge of life-study. How long did this one take may I ask?
