My submission for a Vehicle Design Contest (http://www.designertechniques.com/competition02.htm)
I've never really tried to shade metal but there was a good tuturial on the site which has given me some forwad momentum. I'm stuck with making the top most panel look right though.
I've been shading it in such a way that there is dark light shining down from the top elft onto the vehicle...so the dark areas are where that light reflects most directly to the viewer. THe underside is that reflected dark light from the ground.
