It's not bad. My biggest thing with it is that the fingertips look really two dimensional compared with the rest of the fingers. Even though the fingers themselves are at different angles, the fingertips all point directly at the viewer. That's not right, they should follow the direction of the finger already.
Even if it were physically possible for all the fingertips to be at those angles when the rest of the hand was in that position, perspective would still cause different parts of the fingertips to be shown.
