Hi everyone!

So I'm new here... I'm mostly known as Boum, and I'm currently doing a BFA in Film Animation at Concordia University. I'm just finishing my first year, and so far I've done one film (although I made another one when I was in college, I might show it here later).

So yeah. I'd love to hear what you have to say about it. It's a QuickTime movie, so you're going to need the program itself to play it.

(I'm sorry, the file is on my deviantART account right now, I haven't uploaded it elsewhere. It's about 8 MB.)

I hope you like!

did you do this frame by frame?

Yup! This is ALL hand-drawn traditional animation. I roughed it out first, then after making sure I liked what it looked like, I cleaned it on another set of sheets. So basically the whole thing is about 1000 sheets. :dead:

It was worth the effort though.

Thank you all!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GWEEEEE GEE THANKS A LOT

Wow. I'm so flattered. It's the first time Lucien's posted somewhere, it's not even on my SITE yet! XD~

Montreal folks will be able to see it in all of its uncompressed glory at the Mel Hoppenheim Film Festival from May 4th to May 10th, so if you have any friends who're interested in seeing the real thing (and also some other great animated shorts as well) just IM me, or something.

You make me want to post my other film here, now. :D
