i am very uncertain about my artwork here, it is over-detailed or not?

Don't necisarily think in terms od detailed and too detailed... More so think of Focal Point and Depth. Right now this piece is lacking a coherent focal point and it needs a back ground, middle ground and foreground to creat a sense of depth.
