Web messenger services

I'm looking for a web based messenger service that i can sign into using my hotmail/msn address and talk to the people on my msn contact list.

I was using Meebo.com however either my uni has killed my accses to it or the site its self is down and the moment resulting in me being unable to sign in.

Uni has also blocked msn webmessenger *growls*

I have tried google but didnt find anything that worked without a download of some type.

Any ideas ?
