Hi,
I love this site but have never posted.. until now!
I'm a pencil and paper artist but love Photoshop. So much so that I want to go completely digital.
Is it vital that concept art is still produced to a printable standard?
Or does a screen resolution suffice these days?
The reason I ask is that my Photoshop work loses something when I'm sketching an A4 sized image on screen. Even though I use an A4 WACOM and have a large hi-res monitor I'd much rather work with a document size of 1024 x 1024 (or less!) than 4000 x 4000.
I hope this makes sense. How do you guys work?
Many thanks for any help.
Wilf
