allow me to translate:
he is saying that he doesnt like your drawing, and wants to express it in a manner that would a. make you sad or b. make you angry. the reasons for him saying this is endless, however he is making fun of your drawing at your expense for his gain in some aspect.

i dont think he has the knowledge or paticence to help you, other than give you his honest opinion harshly, i wouldnt take offense, you should concentrate more on your work and finding what you can to better your abilities.

what i think: i do not like your sketch very much, it isnt very good. its has some intersting line quality but it could use a lot of work. first off, you need something interesting in the image. this is more of a doodle, there is no real message or subject to observe.

what i would like to see you do is dedicate time into studying and practicing your craft, or drawing skills; get a sketch book and put some hours into it.
