I've been trying to work on my people drawing skills lately. Here are some recent July sketches and drawings.

hey cire--good for you for doing drawings when your out and about

my main suggestion is to draw people without looking at your sketch book page. your figures look a little stiff and they look like your drawing more of what is in your head instead of what your looking at. thats my 2 cents--ty

the plane aisle sketch is very cool

Hmm I beg to disagree, I think your figures are ace. Perhaps the stiffness seen is due to the mainly erect/vertical stances.

Anyway lovely work all up, I hope to see alot more. Do you have any tighter more time involved pieces?

Thanks Tyboogie, sounds like a good exercise.
Lukias... Thanks for the support but I think Ty is right.
I'll slowly get that stiffness out of my drawings and paintings. Its coming!
(And.. yeah, I have more time involved pieces, click the www by my profile to see them.)

Cool sketches man! Good crits have already been said, just break up the hips and shoulders and push the gestures a bit more to get rid of that stiffness. You simplify things really well.
