I had to do this for an art class I'm taking, just wanted to put it up here and see if i could get some coments on it :) Thanks.

It's very rough... the background is what really detracts from this piece. To put it simply it's an eyesore. The solid light blue behind that unvarying-darker-blue-with-blurry-snowflakes is tough on the eyes. The background isn't there to just fill up space, but rather positively supplement the composition and dynamics of the piece.

Every element is either harshly extracted from seperate PS files (there is a strong, white artifact border on the mistletoe and the girl) or a heavily blurred area where you neglected to clean up.

Proportionally the head is skewed and the eyes aren't lined up properly. The hair is quite stiff, and the nose is oddly constructed.

My suggestion would be not to add elements as you go, but to think your composition through before hand. Keep practicing and you'll improve.
