This is the first pic I really spent a lot of time on. I think it turned out pretty well, because people keep thinking it is a photoshop cut and paste instead of a painting (from photo refs and composits though). I'd like to see what the wonderful artists here have to say. Crits encouraged.

I saw this posted in the AICN talk backs earlier today, funny to see it again here. My comments: You did a really nice job painting all the individual elements, but like the last guy said, it's not very solid compositionally. I think this needs some more cohesiveness instead of just being a bunch of images thrown together. The way it is now, a lot of the colors clash (especially Rosie from the Jetsons and the Fembots) and the T-X seems to be a giant, floating, disembodied head and not blended into the backround. How you tie this all together will be something you have to figure out, I've never done "collage" type of work before so I can't really offer any more suggestions. Like I said though, you did a good job painting the individual elements, and you're right, it does look like photographs.

You pretty much summed up exactly what i feel about it, so I guess i'm at least thinking on the right track. Thanks for the comments.
