It took me about 5-6 hours in Photoshop...

Aww.... at first I thought you had drawn a pretty picture of me. The dissapointment... :(
As for the actual picture, I like it. The colors on her are soft 'n nice and the red background makes the picture more uh.. how to say it... tense?(which is a good thing)
It's a nice piece. :)

Fix her eyes, one is higher than the other. And I'd re examine the expression some, she looks almost confused and I think you were going for angry.

The eyes man, flip the image horizontally so you can take a new look at it- you will see just how "wonky" the placement is.
The hair is not doing anything to help the piece out, I would suggest you work on it a lot, a lot more.
Good work so far, lets see where you take it now.

I've never seen a mouth in that position (open at one side) it looks unnatural in my humble opinoion. She also looks a bit too masculine (the hard lines on the brow, the flat cheek and strong jaw), and there are other disconcerting bits, for example the eyebrow that forks in the middle, and eyelashes only growing out sideways. If it was me, I would also make the skin look softer and paler, and maybe tone down the backround with a richer, deeper, darker red. Vampires should be appealing and scary at the same time. Finally the hair- yu have it curving back into her back for no particular reason. Also the 'widows peak' hairline looks unfeminine, here, although it's a vampire cliche it's probably best avoided. Your mission, should you choose to accpet it, is to look at lots of pictures of good looking women, and compare their faces to this one.
