in the first two pictures, you have portraits of a man. One close up and one far away (entire head). They both have the same thing that is bad, a poor difference in tone. YOu shaded them well, but you have 3-4 different tones for shading. Both faces also seem very flat despite the highlights of the nose and above the brows, but i think if you add some darker darks and some more high lights they will begin to pop. so for instance in the first one, if you added some more shadows that are almost black to the eyes and deffinatly some lighter shadows like a gradient to the cheeks, they will start to show shape.

the third picture is great, but one thing that stood out to me. The head of the guitar loses the great perspective you used in the rest of the picture by doing an almost full frontal view of it. so if you really wanted to, but i dont think you really NEED it, you should change it to a 3/4s view like the rest of the image.
