I dont know that has this been here before. I didnt found it with search...

I found great books online. On John Peck's site. He has collected superb notes on classic drawing and painting method. He has studied on Florence Academy of Art.

Man, wish someone would do something like this for acrylic. But it seems almost all professionals use Oils. =/

I am SO glad I checked these out. I've just skimmed through the method on oil painting a bit and I feel like I've already learned a LOT!
