First ever post of my work after months of being a member.
This is my first effort-laden painter work, nothing special really. I put about 3 or 4 hours per day over 3 days into this. Most of the techniques used here were from an exercise in Seegmillers' book (if your familiar with that book). I know there are plenty of mistakes (left eye, collar, lips, etc.) So keep in mind it's unfinished and I don't really have any desire to finish it, I'd rather move on to something new. I'm very excited about getting some good crits, mainly about skin tones, value (planes) and execution, but any comment is welcome, tear it up, please!

This is a character in a humorous 22 page bi monthly book. So far I really only want to use painter for the cover art, the interior will be the "cuts" style for now until I get more comfortable with painter, then possibly I'll consider doing some more organic color. But I believe the "cuts" style is the order of the day for the theme of this book.
