I'd define some interesting spots, like his hand, gun, whatever. Tie, shiny shoes, wrinkles in cloth, you know. Maybe give him a little lapelle pin or a hankie.

I wouldn't make the face any more defined, because I like the anonymity he has. But I would change the shapes in there, like his jaw is all wierd or something.

I only saw the one pistol at first. The one in his right hand (our left) is cool and does a lot for his silhouette. But the one in his left hand doesn't really add anything and brings into play a sort of corny "DUAL ROCKET LAUNCHERS!" feeling. Give him a cigarette instead.

Nice splatter, put another one in the word Yakuza or something.

Very nice piece. It'd make a good series.
