There's a small teaser trailer up for the next Grand Theft Auto game. Looks like it's about the Russian Mafia this time. Visuals look better than before.

looks like it is going to be a much darker GTA <,< i like the light system.

It's just a personal thing, but I wish there was some more atmosphere in this game, which I also felt with the previous gta's. I'm more curious about LA Noire (http://www.rockstargames.com/lanoire/) tho, I love the trailer. It reminds me of Mafia, still one of the best games I ever played.

WOw... this game is going to be friggin' huge! I can't afford a ps3 though, not sure I want to spend my money on it either... one day perhaps, one day..

its also coming on the xbox 360, i think at the same time, i could have sworn seeing this trailer in the x360 siter on ign. And soon enough the PC, i think, its been done for every GTA starting from 3

I'm not so sure about the Russian connection. The main character's called Niko Bellic. Sounds more Serbian/Croatian to me. Either way, I'm glad they've looked east for their main character. More confirmed facts here http://www.gta4.tv/facts.php

The anticipation is killing me!!!

This game looks pretty awesome- although I hoped there would be planes, but they said there wouldn't be any: they probably don't want any people getting 9/11 flashbacks.

No planes? That kind of sucks. Even Vice City had planes. Maybe there will be helicoptors. Those were essential in my getaways from the cops in Vice City. I think I'll probably have to break down and buy an xbox360 for this game. I'd get the ps3, but it just costs way too much, and even a price drop of a hundred or so dollars wouldn't put it into my price range.
