This is a few years old, but the onlookers still creep me out a little when I look at it... ruthlessly stayed with clean line and flat colors.

the unexpressiveness of the people in the back is pretty funky, ^^ exactly the reactions you could expect in real life ;P. I think the flat colors work well, but maybe one layer of cell shading would be cool.
