Hey everyone, today marks a big event...yet another challenge thread! it's the brain-child of me and AlexC.

The challenge will consist of slightly irregular topics; it's not as extreme as the 3CH, but not quite as conventional as the CHow.

dexter fernfield is a HUGE comic book fan and has been ever since he was a kid, he has just taken it a bit too far. long days spent infront of dungeons and dragons earning him online fame for being a level 37 dragon slayer! has caused him to become horribly fat. but last tuesday he was acctualy going to leave the house! his annual trip to the london comic book convention! which he always looked forward to, with the grease stains from last nights mcdonalds still on his super hero leggins and the pungent smell of chip fat and body odur about him he set out for london!, but little did he know IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED!!! he was half way there on the subway when his mum called him and said "the nice man on the lunch time news says it has been cancelled love" he was devastated!..then the poor guy dropped his coke!:( as he knelt there on the train carrige floor, alone( because his smell drove everyone else into the other crowded carriges) he let out a long and dramatic "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

hey asoir are you acctualy going to try and get this to take off or is it just one of those things like i do i have a great idea but get bored of the commitment and dump it....(sadly the same happens with girlfreinds sometimes,................ not at the moment tho.. :D i <3 my gf :)) if your going to try and make it work i will put link in my sig and tell...no FORCE loooaaaddddsss of people to do it, that will get it noticed i post way too much lol i joined on the 17th of february( about) and have 221 post lol soo yeah i hope it works for ya but if your gna dump it its not worth being in my sig ....get it?...so im more thn happy to if your gna wrk at it lemme know 'ey:)

dile: lol that is great dude, i supose the fish is his funny smell factor :) lol i like alot.

fenster: ha lol thats quality, i love it the look on the kids face and the old mans googely eyes is fantastic and i can realy imagining him smelling like a sack 'o' shit :)

Hey, I like all this challenge stuff, seems like a great way to get good ideas.
Life on the sofa - I'm interested to see where your drawing is going, its great to see each step as it evolves.
Asoir - I like how carefree he looks, I think he looks like he's whistling, I like the reflection in the window.
Monacartonuda - Hehe yours is full of imagination, looks like some kinda goblin. I like the little cigar he's smoking.
Invinciblewombat - Great colors, nice digital painting. I'm still struggling to get used to using the compuder as a drawing tool.
Dile - Is he sitting on top of the train? That's a great idea, I like the fish, loooks like a crazy fisherman.
Savant - great character drawing, I think you should zoom in on him more, unless you intend to add more characters around him.

After the sudden warning of a toxic waste spill on the train line, Hector, the paranoid tax worker, rescues his great grandfathers army uniform from the attic. Unknowing to him but the equipment is so old the tanks on the back are leaking, even sillier the tanks are full of laughing gas. His grandfather had such a sense of humour, unlucky for Hector though he’s cleaned out the carriage and he’s too high to move.

i just want you all to not that on mine at the moment has the worst colouring this side of christmas ionly had 5 minutes to do it, it realy has HORRIBLE dity atmosphere :@ gah i hate it i might just do a completley new image.

lol the devil makes work for idol EDIT!: HANDS (instaed of thumbs :))some free time spawned this!:> my first ever attempt at drawing on a black background with white pencil........as you can see i had to use a big black marker for about 15 mins to MAKE the paper black lol! but then it was all gravy baby, not very clear cause pencil was dull and blunt and wouldnt sharpen. i think im gna try and resist digi-tizing just for the sake of it cos i think traditional meduims are quite cool when evbery1 else has PS or PAINTER stuff :D just gotta decide between this or other ....hmmmmmm

it is not that great, i can do better but..blunt pancils suck ass
