Yet another computer problem, actually its with my tablet...

K, so I just bought a tablet and have been trying to work on it, but it cuts off, like every so often the pen just doesn't work. The light still works, but its like all information to and from the computer has been shut off.

It happened b4 and I figured it was because of the USB port, so I switched em, thinking maybe the USB port wasn't powered. It seemed to fix it but now it started doing it again, whats the deal, anybody know? Might be a lack of RAM I think, and I just bought a new computer, so hopefully when I get it, this will help, but I'm not an expert.

PS, other than this problem, I'm happy I bought it and its really easy to use.

Try this first -
Uninstall the software, do a proper system shut down, then reinstall.

What tablet do you have? What system specs are you running it on?
Have you got external hard drives plugged in too, (USB connected)? These sometimes interfere with the processor speed and peripheral speeds.

ps.. If you're still getting probs you should go to the manufacturers website, they've usually got a forum for troubleshooting.
