We are seeking highly motivated part-time/freelance designers willing to work on a variety of projects mainly our custom universe and its upcoming commercial games.
We like to work with regular-long term partners, who understand mechanical, as well as organic design (humans, animals, monsters, architecture etc).
We're looking for people who have great interest in the World War 1-2 era, Steam- and Diesel Punk design. People who can mix creativity with realism; making unique, but plausible designs.
Our universe, currently referred to as the "Iron Grip"universe, is a realistic variation of a “diesel-Punk” scenario, more comparable with a mix between World War 2 and the Napoleonic era.
We will be using this setting in our commercial titles as well as other products.
We require people to work with us in designing the weaponry, vehicles, architecture, soldiers and landscapes.
If you have interest in designing for commercial games, and their custom universe settings, then this is the opportunity for you.
Requirements:
->A diverse skill-set and interest including architecture, organic but especially mechanical design skills.
->The ability and discipline to “self-manage” your production on time with frequent updates.
->Fluent English writer and speaker
Desired:
->Interest in history, steam/diesel punk, science fiction, fantasy and vehicle design
If you are interested in the positions offered, please send an email to the following address: jobs@isotx.com
Email title for application: “Application (your name): Isotx Design Position”
Work methods and payments
Preferably we’d like to discuss a contract with a flat rate per month, for a trial period of 3-4 months. We would be “buying” X number of hours per week, in which we will judge the efficiency and quality ratio of the work completed along with the development process.
As mentioned before, our goal is to establish long-term relationships, so when the trial period is done, and our work relation was mutually good, we will offer extension contracts.
Salary discussions will be made individually. Preferably we’d like designers who are interested in this opportunity to offer us a rate for such a setup, which we can then discuss.
We pay on a monthly basis, starting when the contracts are signed and received.
That’s it for now! Thanks for reading this post and we look forward to the submissions
Greetings
