OK, here's a WIP (Really Early) of a Elf-borg model. I'm trying to see how many organic, and inorganic elements I can add to her, and I'm pretty much creating as I go. I'm not going for ultra realism, but I still want it to look somewhat natural, well as far as the organic elf is concerned.
Critique, comments, jests and rants can all be pointed in my direction. Enjoy!

It's not done yet obviously. I haven't finished the head yet, the eyes and ears need more definition. Also the hands stink to high heaven, so they will be completely redone. The feet I'm not modeling, she will be wearing boots of some sort, maybe some sorta Mech claw or something, I dunno. I also don't like the detail in the stomach region, it's too hard looking, so I'm going to smooth out those muscles and ribcage too.
