Hello everyone,
I'm planning a futuristic game based in a fictional world. The game is still in the planning stage, but I wanted some concepts draw for the ideas I have to present with the design documents I will soon be working on. I am currently working with an independant game development company, but I'm not sure if I will continue to because they have been very inactive and not responding to me lately. I may start my own team to work on this game, which I plan to sell when it is complete. I will hopefully get the chance to show a few publishers a demo, or something of that sort, of the game. There will be several big urban centers to play in, along with some smaller cities and natural places (forests, mountains, etc).

The team tow ork on the game currently only consists of me, and before I started to ask for others to help, I'd like to have a lot of my ideas prepared well, and some nice artwork to show with it. I would ask that anyone interested in the job of concept artist will be willing to draw concepts of places, people and probably important objects or events. I will provide good descriptions of everything I want drawn so that you don't get confused, and will answer any of your questions. To show that you are interested, you can show me samples of your work by replying to this post, PMing me, or emailing me. Please don't contact me if you aren't really interested.

You will not be paid for your work right now, but you may in the future depending on what happens with this game and how much money it makes. For now, I can link to your work on the website when it goes online.

Thanks for your for interest,
Storm

If it's not to much to ask for, who do you plan to present your design document to? Do you already have a team? Will you be the programmer? What is the aim of the game (to sell, shareware, license to portals etc.) This might give potental artists a chance to evaluate how serious you are and how much work might be invloved.

Thank-you for the suggestions. I've edited my original post.
