Need help with the lightsaber's glow on the figure.

I probably need more contrast too.

The best help would be to add texture to the clothing.

I think you need to add a little more blue lighting on her from the lightsaber. I think that should be the primary light.

The proportions on her near arm are off; the upper arm is too long, the forearm too short. To take care of that you'll have to rotate her upper arm down somewhat, which is good because then you can show how the rear arm connects to the body better.
Her jaw and mouth need to be moved foreward somewhat so that the sit under her nose properly (mirror the image to see what I mean).
Basically you're on the right track, just keep working.

Did a paint-over for you. I did my best to plot the lightsaber glow, and to use it as the main lightsource. No ref on the figure.
