keyboard shortcut help (ascend through layers)

I just discovered the ascend/decend through layers shortcut.....its gonna be nice and usefull but I want to modify it and I cant find where its hidden in the keyboard shortcuts editor...anyone know this one?, cheers

It's in the Edit menu, Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts
there is also a shortcut to it :D Ctrl+Alt+Shift+K or Option+Command+Shift+K

I know where the shortcut manager is....i cant find it once i get into the shortcut manager:D
