im still trying to get the hang of the primacolor markers.. i kinda messed up in a couple spots on this so its not very good.. tell me what u think

That's prismacolor marker? What kind of paper are you using?
I like the chest and the intakes on the side, Not sure if I understand how exactly how the head works.

yea its prismacolor.. thanks.. actually im using tracing paper :\ i couldnt find marker paper at the store so this was what i bought.. its tracing paper with something black behind it so the highlights would show up in the scan.. yea i kinda messed up on the head .. cuz it kind of blended in with the back.. thanks

The best advice i can give you because i received this same advice from a pro that took me under his wing, dont worry about rendering, focus on line work. Markers dont make work look better or hide mistakes but ur improving so keep goin at it and id prolly leave the markers for now.

well a great artist has also took me under his wing too.. Sammy .. u probably know him from the forums .. hes helping me out now.. i know the line art is sucking on this piece if i had spent more time on this i asure u it would look better .. but sammy told me to do a quick sketch so i did.. thanks for the advice :)

sammy isnt a pro so id becareful about taking advice but hes at a point where he can give good advice, nathan campbell aka spinefinger is teaching me. but is doesnt matter

I like this one a lot! your highlights are improving as well.
I think that the little red dots would have more impact if they didn't have outlines
Yea I'm no pro.. that's for sure, we're in this art learnin' bizziness together to improve our skills.
I wanna see you do another one of your sketch sheets full of practice doodles.
