Help with Wacom Tablet

Hi guys i've just got a wacom graphire bluetooth but i haven't been able to activate pressure sensibilty in photoshop CS... i already checked the Shape Dynamics in the Brush panel but i can't see any result... another thing! my eraser doesnt erase, instead it draws like the regular pen. Any help appreciated! Would it be something not well configured or a problem with the bluetooh? Thanks.

maybe it's nto compatible with your OS or something? I just got a new laptop and had to download new drivers from the wacom website in order for it to comply with vista.

That was the first thing i did..but nothing changed... the upper buttons in the tablet doesnt work neither, im almost convinced that the bluetooth adaptor has something to do with this, anyway i'll visit a friend of mine who has a new pc in order to test there, hoping that the tablet isnt the problem

Make sure that you also have Size set to pen pressure under shape dynamics.
Eraser not erasing makes me think it's a driver problem. Nuke the drivers you have now, install fresh ones from the site with your tablet unplugged - sacrifice a small animal - reboot and see if it works.

If anything, email Wacom, they were very helpful with an obscure problem I had while installing my Graphire.

Have you tried testing it in other programs?

the problem was the bluetooth adaptor software that didn't allow the empairment with the tablet... i deleted it and used windows' bluetooth drivers and now it's all ok... thanks for all... :perv:
