I've tried it out. I do like the natural media feel of it but find little things like the new file dialog that gives you weird, immutable canvas sizes to choose from to be frustrating.

I dunno if you are a vector man, but you should give Expression a try. It does some incredible things with natural stroke vector drawing. I was totally sold. It's like 5 times better than Illustrator at like a quarter of the price. You can find it at www.creaturehouse.com (I think).
