Best host-age?

Hi all. This will be my first post here so I'm apparently not REAL familiar with the way things work here. If I want to post a piece of mine, it looks to me that I'll have to have it hosted.

So the question is, where is the best place to have it hosted?
I'm considering freewebs.. but I don't know. Any better options?
