I like this piece, and I think the blood splatter looks nice, but I duno about the angle at which the blood is going. I almost wish I could see more of what is happening in this picture, it makes me wonder what happened to his neck or who the attacker is. But if its supposed to be a portrait, then I guess the focus should be on you. Background could use a little work too, make it a bit more exciting!

good job,
i'd just bruise up the cut line on his neck a little bit though, the cut mark looks too clean.
i like how clean the colors are,very nice
