wacom tilt feature

Does the tilt sensitivity in he Intuous line of wacom tablets really have that much of an impact?

I currently have a graphire2, but im havign a hard time drawing with it. Im thinking I might be better off using a bigger intuous with tilt. anyone have any comments about that?

i use an aiptek that doesnt have tilt but i can imagine how much time it would save not having to adjust the brush angle in painter. im looking to get a new platinum intuous fairly soon and get rid of the aiptek.
