so.. you're still alive?
i think you should insert some secondary light, or enhance some shadows - it's too warm i guess. Lovely though - i just feel the need of some cold color and all. Too yellow dammit. :D
Oblio
p.s. - nice to see you back
[edit] - after seeing the description. It fits well, but i still feel the need to varry the colors on her. (i like the one on the right the most).
Imagine she has to walk on a grain field (or on a lava based level)- you'll have trouble fiding her :-)

It's solid work, except they don't look like the same character.

Hey Snowfly! nice to see you posting again..
they look like solid concepts to me...
only 2 critique: the one on the right looks a bit cross eyed and she also looks like she is leaning back too much...but thats small stuff...they still look really nice...good job on the coloring...keep post..:chug:

oblio: yeah, i'm still playing around with this warm/cool color thing..guess i'll have to keep developing an eye for that. i turned up the saturation all the way on this picture, as a test, and the whole thing turned up red-ish. urgh....thanks for the feedback, very useful.
oh, and there's an old manila too, but it's a tourist spot. my area is completely residential. ;)

I read what the guy making the game asked for, and seeing your concept, I was just wondering if you have talked to him personally, or is he just gonna use your concept, if he likes it?, and if he does use it, and gets paid for it, would you like to get some commission for it? or would you just be happy by knowing that they used your artwork for the game?
If this concept is completely your artwork I think you should at least sign it before posting it.
I like the outfit a lot by the way...
