Oh I get it is this for a game called "Board Surfer" where the characters jump from one thread to another leaving posts (points) while other surfers respond (thus creating a posting points). The guy with the most posts goes up in rank and has his title changed. I don't know though I think it would look better in the Quake3 engine.
