Hey, something thats been buggin me for a while is when I go onto the sketchbooks page lots of the threads have a little avatar / thumbnail next to the thread title. I cant figure out how they did that, can anyone shed ay light? Im sorry if this is something bery obvious that Im overlooking...

You attach a thumbnail-sized image to the first post of your thread. It will automatically re-size to a thumbnail if the picture is larger, but this can be distracting when viewing someone's sketchbook.

Thanks Stephen, that cleared that right up for me :)

Can you change the thumbnail to your sketchbook thread?

Ahoy there, I'm having a bit of trouble with this too. Does the thread thumbnail have to be the first attached image? I placed an attached image in my first sketchbook post without placing it, but the first placed image still overrides it. Do I need to gut my first post and rearrange what order I uploaded the images in? Thanks!

I think it uses the first attached image as the thumbnail.

I think it uses the first attached image as the thumbnail.that does seem to be the case -- whatever is top of the list in the Attachment Manager for the first post in the thread seems to become the thumbnail. the only way to change the order presently seems to be to "gut" the post as mentioned before. if this can be changed so you can reorder the images in Attachment Manager, or specify which image should be used for the thumbnail, it would be a great improvement.
