I am in the midst of reorganizing and updating my Portfolio...
Found this piece from my freelance days...

It's about 3 years old. All Photoshop. My wife was the reference... she does NOT have 4 arms.

Beautiful work,
I just think you could improve it a little, if you don't use that much splatter. Especially her lower hind arm is almost invisible in the beginning.

Very nice, love the textural feel that the spatter adds to this.

Is this supposed to be Kali, goddess of the Thuggi cult? There's a nice boldness to the image, but some of the shadows are a bit strong and you do lose some of the form. I think that can be resolved in coloring the image and perhaps knocking back some of the hard, black shadows.
The motif in the background is nice, but there's a bit of tension with it being cropped by that black border--you've got a few tangents with the motif and the figure with the edges.

Thanks for the comments/input:
Chewbacca: She IS hot! BOOYAH!!! (whatever that means)
sepulveda: NO kidding. You could eat a sammich, water the lawn, hold a cold one and wave at the neighbors as they ran away screaming at the 4 armed dude that is standing in the yard next door... wait. What'd you mean?
Fungi, Ant4D, Bud: Thanks guys!... I went splatter happy...
Marko, blackhand: I agree with both crits... this was truly guerilla art in the truest sense.. I was under the gun and plowing through pages. The arms are very noticable in the color version. So it works better as a color piece. Get this, for 3 of the 6 issues I did for McFarlane I had NO editor!!! HAH... I would get the script, draw it and send it in. A check would show up days later...
Very scary times...
