Hi, this is a pic i did today. please pick on it. tell me where im going wrong.

the eyes are looking very different from each other to me.. maybe check the shapes on them a bit. Rendering is coming along nicely, maybe dig some deeper shadows to accent areas of the dress...

Ouch, the colors are too much. Too over-powering. You need more nuetral, soft and natural colors. Even for cold/warm lighting. Neon is too much.

I really like the cartoon otherwise though, just the neon is tough to look at.
