Ahh HELP! PLZ been surfing this site for some months now, finally have a sketch of my own to show but i have no clue as to how to upload it, and nothing i've tried seems to work properly, do i need a specefic program to do this?

no, you have to link the pic from your own site using the [IMG] tag...

All you need to do is get some web hosting.

You could also get yourself a deviantart.com gallery, or a side7 gallery.

When you finally get your hosting, upload the picture there and find the exact address that it is stored on. Copy, or simply remember that link and when you post, press the little VBcode button that says IMG. A box will appear where you type in the picture's address.

Enter it, and post the post. The picture should appear, though places like geocities block offsite linking. You may have to find other hosting, or learn upload tricks.
